“Stranded with car troubles travelling through to London and had to unexpectedly spend the night here with my 15 year old son. We have stayed here before a number of times with sports teams/tournaments. Very accommodating, clean, friendly staff, sympathetic management and really good food. We were offered a late check out as our vehicle wasn’t ready until much later the next day, along with waters, coffee and an extra sandwich to share from the kitchen as we waited and waited most of the next day in one of the nice lounge areas. Thank you for making a crappy end to a weekend a little more bearable! I’m sure we will be back:)”

“Stayed here for a night. Check in went ok, took a bit linger than I'm used to for hotel check-ins, which was surprising since I completed everything beforehand with my bonvoy membership. But overall it's a nice hotel, and the room I was in was very clean so that was nice. We were in a accessible room, though we didn't need it, so idk if all the showers are laid out this way but the faucet and controls are on the side wall of the shower, which I could see getting in the way depending on the person. The hot water takes forever but is ok once you get it. The room hallway is quite long, depending on your location. The included breakfast is typical for an included hotel breakfast and appeared to be pretty much the same as any other Marriot, I didn't have it but I'm sure it was ok.”

“We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oshawa. We were traveling for my son’s birthday, and to our complete surprise, there was a handwritten birthday card and a thoughtful spread of snacks waiting for him in the room. We initially thought a friend had arranged it — but it turned out this was entirely the initiative of the hotel staff, which made it even more meaningful. The kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care they showed truly stood out. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond. I hope management knows what an exceptional team they have here — this kind of thoughtfulness makes a lasting impression. Thank you for making my son’s birthday feel special. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Great hotel the room was very spacious and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room loved it , staff was amazing very clean hotel room would definitely go back , location was right off the 401 which was perfect”

“We had an absolutely amazing time staying for one night with our kids. The room was super clean and had all of the amenities any family could need. The pool was so big, with lots of space for people to sit and watch their kids swim. The breakfast buffet had everything you’d need to feed your family and get your morning cup of coffee in. The staff was so helpful and kind, handing out loaner board games to my kids when they asked.”

“A great spot near the highway (but quiet), with a pretty big pool, a good little gym and nice rooms. Everything was clean and the staff were great. The quality of the included breakfast was hit and miss (good enough coffee, lousy eggs), hence the 4 star rating.”
